About Daniel
How do you work?
In our first sessions I will be getting to know you, and you getting to know me. I will be learning about your life history and the issue or issues that have brought you to therapy. Together we will be making a plan as to what is most helpful for you. For more information as to which therapy service is right for you and how it works, click pages:

How long does therapy take?
The length of therapy is very individualized. For some people 5 to 10 sessions may be sufficient to resolve an issue. For other people, a longer course of therapy may be required to treat more difficult and long-standing issues. As we work together and evaluate our work, we will be able to better determine the length of time for therapy
Do you take insurance?
I do accept some insurance plans. I will help you determine if you can receive reimbursement from your insurance company for the cost of therapy.
Where are you located?
I have two office locations, one on the upper Eastside of Manhattan and one on the lower Westside of Manhattan. For more details and a helpful map, please click page:
